FOÇA CEMİL MİDİLLİ VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL Institutional Profile and Vision Foça Cemil Midilli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is an innovative, R&D-focused vocational education institution dedicated to training highly qualified technical personnel to meet the needs of industry. Our school combines theoretical education with practical applications at industrial standards, offering students a dynamic learning environment based on the "learning by doing and experiencing" model. Going beyond traditional educational frameworks, we take a leading role in green energy transition and Industry 4.0 integration, adding value to vocational education through local and international projects. Renewable Energy Technologies Department The Renewable Energy Technologies Department, one of the cornerstones of our school, trains specialized technical personnel who will shape the sustainable energy infrastructure of the future. Within this scope, our educational and practical competencies include: Solar Energy Systems (Photovoltaic): Training is provided in accordance with industry standards on the installation, commissioning, periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels. Wind Energy Technologies: We conduct theoretical and practical applications on the operational mechanisms, aerodynamic structure, electromechanical systems, and maintenance of wind turbines. Our Industrial Robotics and Automation Services (R&D and Innovation) Our school operates not only as an educational institution but also as an innovation center that provides technical solutions and services at the engineering, design, and prototyping levels to the industry and partner companies. Our expertise and projects in the field of robotics and automation: Autonomous Wind Turbine Tower Cleaning Robot: R&D work is being conducted on a robotic system designed to meet industrial needs, capable of performing maintenance and cleaning processes on wind turbine towers autonomously or semi-autonomously. Wind Turbine Educational Experiment Kits: We are producing and developing technical and modular wind turbine educational/experiment kits suitable for inclusion in academic inventories, intended for use in the laboratories of institutions at the undergraduate, graduate, and vocational education levels. Industrial Robot Arms: We design and implement programmable, multi-axis industrial robot arms suitable for use in production lines and automation processes, along with their kinematic applications. Sector-Specific Solutions and Projects: Technical consulting and prototype production services are provided to meet businesses’ needs in automation, PLC programming, microcontroller-based system design, and 3D modeling/CAD.
